All the numbers you need, none of the math you don't.
These are standard bar measurements. Your home pours may vary.
Bar math isn't about being precise - it's about being consistent. When you know that a standard pour is 1.5 oz and a 750 ml bottle gives you about 17 of those, you can plan a party without a spreadsheet.
Most bar math has built-in tolerance. A cocktail won't fail because you used 30 ml instead of 29.57 ml. But batching 20 drinks with sloppy conversions can throw things off.
