Rob's Story
Most Mexican Martinis get lost trying to do too much—orange juice, extra sweeteners, random modifiers that do not belong.
This keeps it tight.
You get brightness from the lime, salinity from the olive juice, and just enough structure from the orange liqueur to round it out. Nothing extra, nothing muddy.
Quality matters here—especially the olive juice. A clean, well-made brine makes the drink. If that is off, everything falls apart.
